Our project focuses on empowering religious formators, spiritual directors, and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to foster strong religious identities and psychosocial well-being. Through storytelling, and digital resources, we share transformative insights and best practices from over 100 formators and 500 spiritual directors trained across Uganda and Zimbabwe Formation of Formator Centres (ARU and CMRS). By addressing key challenges, promoting sustainability, and engaging with future trends, we aim to build a robust foundation for ongoing formation and spiritual growth.
