LOYOLA CENTRE FOR MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS
The Loyola Centre for Media and Communications (LCMC) further established itself as a leader
in artificial intelligence education during the transformational "BUILD TRAINING" event
organized by the Jesuits Development Office. Held from November 10–16, 2024, this dynamic
training brought together around 55 participants from diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared
goal of advancing their project management skills in today’s evolving donor landscape.
On November 14th, the Executive Director of LCMC, Dr. Elias Mokua, and his team gave an
insightful session on "AI-Powered donor-engagement." During this interesting presentation, he
outlined how artificial intelligence could change traditional organization-donor connection. Dr.
Mokua and his colleagues were teaching how to use AI technology to increase organization
visibility, optimize fundraising strategies, tell organizational stories and enable effective resource
management which are among the very important elements that organizations need to increase
their impact.
LCMC’s participation in this large event highlights its commitment to providing relevant, cutting-edge AI training. Known for practical AI skills that empower organizations, LCMC is dedicated to making AI education accessible and useful, helping organizations fulfill their missions and drive sustainable growth across sectors. With this mission, LCMC takes up the task of guiding organizations on their respective journeys of digital transformation. LCMC is preparing today’s leaders and inspiring tomorrow’s visionaries through its advanced training programs.
