MEDIA LAB
Loyola Centre for Media and Communications (LCMC) Media Lab program is a creative space in which teens experience spiritual formation through media. This in turn spurs imagination, critical thinking, and love of God using the Ignatian pedagogy of learning
Character Development and Spiritual Formation

In particular, the media lab program has unique interventions online and offline that are aimed at character development and the spiritual formation of teenagers (13-17 years).
The objectives of the program are:
To provide spiritual formation content and skills to teens, to provide alternative content to secular content that does not promote Gospel values, to deepen critical thinking of teens, and to provide hands-on skills in the use of media gadgets and platforms
The outcomes of the program are:
Teens are spiritually formed and have skills for healthy social interaction, teens can select and consume useful online and offline content, teens have deeper critical analysis capacities for their everyday life and academic excellence and teens create their alternative content and share amongst fellow teens.
The Spiritual Formation Mentorship is guided by the following 7 pillars grouped into 3. Session 1 (Self-awareness, Trust in Self and Courage), Session 2 (Freedom and Responsibility), and Session 3 (Space and Time, About God)
