Care leavers face a lot of adversities before, during and after leaving care. Loyola Centre for Media and Communications in collaboration with Jesuits Hakimani centre joins efforts to tell the plight of young care leavers in Eldoret and Mombasa and advocate for their rights in the inclusion to the youth county policy document i.e in MOMBASA and passing of the youth development policy in UASIN NGISHU, ELDORET.
